If you suspect your dog has eaten something toxic, contact your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center immediately.
Training and behavior
Behavior content here is written for the average healthy dog, and dogs are individuals. A plan that transforms one dog can be wrong for the next one. Behavior that looks like stubbornness is sometimes pain. Aggression, severe anxiety, and sudden personality changes are not do-it-yourself projects: work with a qualified trainer or a veterinary behaviorist, and rule out medical causes first.
Nutrition
Diet content here is general. Puppies, seniors, pregnant and nursing dogs, and dogs with kidney, liver, heart, or pancreatic conditions have requirements no article can address safely. Talk to your veterinarian before you change your dog's food, add a supplement, or start a weight-loss plan.
